We’re still in the thick of the kitchen renovation! This month we continued on with prepping the room and putting the doors in as well as connecting the new radiators.

Meanwhile in the garden, Arthur’s swing and slide set arrived. It’s something we’ve been talking about getting every summer since his first birthday. Now he’s three, and the garden is safe for him to play in, we finally got him one (thanks to ‘Grandy’ for building it!). Also thanks to Grandy for shovelling the gravel round the back of the house, it’s so nice to not have to tread through mud!

And for some inspiration, here’s a picture I had saved on my phone for the chimney section, I’m unofficially naming it the coffee and cocktails zone!
