The last update for the year! Here’s everything we squeezed into the last month of 2024…

At the beginning of the month, David and I worked on getting the hallway painted, or at least tidied up a little as it was freshly plastered and quite dark and dingy (see last month’s update for the pictures).

We also put up a new ceiling rose which I’m so happy with, I do love a ceiling rose…

What else happened this month? We decided to put the frosting back onto the porch door / windows to give some privacy. It was a bit of trial and error installing it onto the first window but by the third we’d cracked it.

Then, after Christmas, David installed a new cavity tray in our back bay window. It was a dusty job but he managed to fit it before the wet weather arrived!

And that’s all for 2024. With so many plans for the new year, let’s see what 2025 brings!
