This month, the living room has taken priority to get it ready in time for Christmas/baby’s arrival in the early new year.

We’re now at the point where with each new day the room is looking completely different. This is always the most exciting part though as it really starts to take shape and you can see how the final room will eventually look…

We’ve even started on the paint swatches; left is White Mist and right is White Cotton (both by Dulux).

I wish I could get more involved in the actual work but I’m often too tired and cautious to get involved, plus bending over is becoming more and more difficult and it’s taking me 10x longer to do anything these days.

When baby’s here I may be able to squeeze in a few hours here and there after a few months. Maybe. We’ll just have to wait and see!
